The New Museum will present the 20 new additions to the Altoids Curiously Strong Collection of contemporary art, including works by Jesse Bransford, Trisha Donnelly, Sam Easterson, John Espinosa, Barnaby Furnas, Luis Gispert, Erik Hanson, Yun-Fei Ji, Brad Kahlhamer, Katrina Moorhead, Dave Muller, Shane O'Cadja Nash, Dread Scott, Ben Snead, Shirley Tse, Torbjorn Vejvi, Courtney Walker, Dan Webb, John Williams, and Amir Zaki. Created in 1998 to honor and support emerging artists working in America today, the Collection now numbers 90 works. At the conclusion of a five-city American tour, this year’s additions will join the other 70 works in the collection at the New Museum.
